You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Given the hand-crafted nature of our pieces, we ask that you try garments on with care: away from makeup, perfume, and deodorant, which can mark delicate hand-dyed fabric.

1. Email us at goodgirlcode@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return

2. We'll confirm your return and send you the return address and instructions

3. Send your item back within 7 days of approval, using a tracked service, and keep your proof of postage

4. Once received and checked, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and we strongly recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Because every GoodGirlCode piece is made in limited quantities, exchanges depend on availability. If you'd like to exchange, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best. Where an exchange isn't available, we'll process a refund instead.

Items marked as final sale, and any pieces made to order or customised for you, can't be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours at goodgirlcode@gmail.com with photos, and we'll make it right, including covering return postage.

Every GoodGirlCode piece is dyed, painted, or finished by hand. Small variations in colour, print placement, and detail are not flaws; they're the signature of hand-craft, and the reason no two pieces are ever alike. Returns can't be accepted on the basis of these natural variations.
