To fulfil your order: processing payment, arranging delivery, and sending order and dispatch confirmations.

We share your delivery details with our shipping partners (such as Royal Mail and DHL) solely to deliver your order.

The legal bases we rely on

We process your data under contract (to fulfil your order), consent (marketing you've opted into, which you can withdraw at any time), legitimate interests (improving our site and preventing fraud), and legal obligation (business records).

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the store work: our website platform (Wix), payment providers, delivery carriers, and email marketing provider [name, e.g. Wix email marketing]. Each processes your data under their own safeguards and only for the purpose we've engaged them for. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years, as required for UK tax purposes. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe. We keep other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
